Ataribox will be a retro console and beautiful

Atari is talking about their new console for some time but they finally clarified what can we use this box for.

Atari doesn't want to get into the Xbox One-PS4-Switch fight as it is expected as well. The Ataribox is rather similar to NES, SNES Classic consoles but this will be upgradable.

According to plans they like to bring back a lot of classic titles, moreover new games could come also. That's not completely clear what games they will release exactly but it is not excluded either to release remastered versions of old games. The console will be available in two versions.

Beside the retro design the hardware will contain an SD card reader, an HDMI output and 4 USB port. The exact release date and the price is still unknown at the moment.
