This is how a 7 millimeters Raspberry Pi 3 looks

The Raspberry Pi 3 Slim is placed in a 3D printed case and with 7 millimeters it's still good for a PC.

The Raspberry Pi 3 is already a tiny/small computer and people who doesn't need the full sizet Ethernet and USB ports, they can buy the PC with even smaller size.

The result of the works of a hacker called NODE is the Raspberry Pi 3 Slim which is placed in just a 7 millimeters thick case.

Despite the flat size, the machine is still a full-featured PC, the case is providing the convection with multiple cuts avoiding overheating.

Anyway NODE is placed microUSB ports in the places of the Ethernet and the USB port with the soldered cables on the board. Besides the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth you can also find a microSD slot.
