Strengthening your wrists and strengthening your muscles are two different issues. To strengthen your wrist, a dumbbell is useful exercise equipment. You can perform a number of wrist exercises like wrist extension, wrist flexion, wrist supination to make your wrists powerful. Strengthening muscles is far more complicated which requires you to perform different exercises like lifting weights, cycling, climbing stairs, and heavy gardening.
