With the tools and knowledge I possess, I am unable to directly confirm that these products are functional.

Therefore, you must rely on the publicly available published studies to draw your judgment as to which ones are frauds and which ones truly take action to prevent or limit dangerous radiation.
I should also point out that these are very recent goods on the market, and scientists generally agree that devices like smartDOT stickers and other anti-radiation stickers definitely don't function.
The Federal Trade Commission, or FTC, issued a statement in which they made it clear that they did not think that these stickers for emf or anti-radiation protection were effective.

This is mostly due to the lack of conclusive scientific evidence or proof that they were successful and their concern that new businesses would keep springing up and making exaggerated claims about how good their products were.
