One of the Psychology topics that I like is
'emotional health.' I'm a strong believer that taking care of emotional health is very important. One of the things that can be emotionally is bullying, belittling someone, saying mean things to others, hurting other's feelings and so on. We shouldn't tolerate these things because these can be emotionally unhealthy for everyone.
While some things that can be emotionally healthy for everyone is one should be gentle to someone, will not say harsh words, should respect someone, we should be kind to someone and should not put down someone.
These persons who are emotionally healthy have positive regard to themselves and are happy with everyone.
Here are the following tips that I will give you to become emotionally healthy:
• know how to express your feelings in the right way
• weigh down things first before you act
• try to go on the beach to minimize stress
• you should keep in mind that there should be a balance. All work without play makes a dull boy.
• socialize and interact with others
• know what are the things that you value in life
• be optimistic

And on how to be emotionally healthy in a relationship. A partner should not let the other person feel jealous because it can surely be emotionally unhealthy. It is also important that a person can feel whole. I wanna feel whole too. And those people who made me feel that they are certainly wonderful people.
Another behavior that can be emotionally unhealthy is ghosting. This is when a partner within a relationship will suddenly disappear and can never be found no matter what you do. This can be very emotionally unhealthy. I once experienced this and I never ever want to experience like this again. It made me feel crippled. I never want to do anything. I just lie down in bed and hug my pillow hotdog. It was emotionally unhealthy. Even if I haven't moved on from until now, but now I'm thankful I've gotten out of it. Instead, one can give her hugs so that she will be comforted and she will feel alright. And one can give her a stuffed toy for this can make her feel okay when she is frightened.
