It's the first requirement if every organization or a company to receive the best out of their employees and when you fall below that mark, you get struck out why?, because they can't go high with love performers, here are some important things and reasons to help you build up your working skills to be a productive employee;
1)AVOID LATENESS:Time is money and money is wealth, delaying or slowing down on someone's work makes the work retarded and unproductive, always go to work early, make more room for new things by not piling up work which needs to be done by you.
2)AVOID DOUBLE MIND:being double minded or unstable in was can be really difficult to perform your duties as an employee since you can't complete your can really low the growth or better still collapse one's business, for the sake of someone's work and life, try your possible best to let go of all the things which will not permit you to work with your 100% attention.
3)AVOID SLEEPING :it's really sad to see someone who has been employed by a company or institution sleeping at work place whiles he/she having pending assignments to do, it's not a good attitude of a productive employee, I would edge everyone to avoid it if you find yourself in this always,
4)AVOID DRESSING ANYHOW:most people feel comfortable with whatever they wear, whether is good or bad, whether it will course trouble or not, some people don't feel bad when they go half naked, 
it's really unprofessional to be doing that if you want to make your services productive, always cover your private parts of your body, dress up a professional employee and have good heart to work hard.
