today employee retention is the biggest agenda for every employer. This is just because every employee values a lot and if it is result oriented then the value of that employee means a lot to the employer. if such employee leaves the company this will have two impacts

  1. the business gets affected directly as that employee has developed some market value and hiring a person of such value is almost next to impossible. moreover if we say it is nothing and we can manage it by training the new one then this is really a big risk of time , money and repute of the company.

  2. if the trained and valuable employee leaves it means he will not sit idle. The question is what he will do then? definitely he will join some other employer or may start his own venture. if he joins other employer in the same field means we are strengthening our competitor. and if he starts his own venture means we are giving birth to our new competitor who is going catch most of our business.

The above discussions shows how the employer will be in loss if the employer loses good employee.
