I'll never understand why so many companies pay so poorly. They worry too much about how it will dig into profits. But paying more motivates your team to hustle harder. A happy worker is a productive worker. A company full of productive workers will grow and profit faster than a company filled with people that dread waking up for work in the morning. Pay your workers more and watch your long-term growth skyrocket.
