We, at Soccer Legends Limited, not only do we love and play soccer, but we are also strong believers of blockchain technology and Smart Contracts. The technology has brought exhilarating new ways of thinking and working in many industries. The way it validates and keeps data has improved transparency, security and scalability.

What 433 Tokens Do?
433 Tokens will have three major utilities.

A selected group of legendary soccer players will form a “Fellowship of Legends”.
Each Legend will be a Principal in the Fellowship.
Only Principals can pick and mentor Youth Talents in the 433 Token Ecosystem.
Youth Talents are ideally picked from different soccer academies, aged 16 to 18.
Each Principal can mentor, at any time, up to 5 Youth Talents.
Principal will offer 433 Token holders around the world the opportunity to sponsor his mentoring, for a certain amount of 433 tokens (via Smart Contract).
A Youth Talent will have to voluntarily accept the mentorship, and allow his sponsors to monitor his progress. Upon his success in professional soccer, he can show gratitude to his mentor and sponsors by sending them 433 tokens, as token of appreciation.
A Principal will mentor a Youth Talent with all or part of the following:
• Meet him personally at least 4 times a year.
• Teach him technique, leadership, ethics and attitude.
• Sponsor him to get professional help in physical training, nutrition, sports science, etc.
• Monitor his progress and advice on his strengths and weaknesses.
• Warn him against malpractices and pitfalls faced by a professional soccer player.
• Introduce him to scouts, clubs, agents and endorsements.
Detailed information of the mentorship and the Youth Talent’s training and progress will be put on permission-based blockchain, viewable by his sponsors.
Any 433 Token holder can directly sponsor his/her preferred Legend and Talent, personally keep track of the talent’s growth and development, and has the chance to receive tokens of appreciation.
Utility Two – Bidding on auctions
A Principal will be able to hold auction for Special Events (“Event”) with his personal participation and specific details. For example a dinner on 14th July 2019 at Maxim’s Paris, a personal guided Giuseppe Meazza Stadium museum tour on 16th December 2019, or a Legend-vs-Fans penalty shootout at Old Trafford on 1st May 2020.
Each Event will be coined a unique Smart Contract token (“Event Token”) for auction by 433 tokens.
Highest bidder will receive the “Event Token” and enjoy the specified personal experience and interaction with the Principal.
Other bidders will get back their tokens and wait for another opportunity.
Via “Smart Contract”, the Principal will automatically collect the 433 tokens once he fulfils his obligations on the Event. In any circumstances that the Principal cannot hold the Event as specified, the tokens will be returned to the bidder.
As far as possible, Principals will hold charity events and use their tokens on charity.
Utility Three – Voting on games
For games organized by Global Legends Series (GLS) frequently, 433 Token holders will be able to vote for the venue.
433 tokens will be used to vote for the venue. The city receiving the highest vote will host the game.
Via Smart Contract, tokens voted for the winning city will go to GLS to fund the game. The winning voters will receive free video streaming and priority ticketing of the game.
Other voters will get back their tokens and wait for another opportunity.
Once the venue is set, 433 Token holders will be able to vote for the team rosters and game format.
When the popularity of 433 Token rise, partnership with other soccer leagues and clubs will become possible. By then, 433 Token holders will be able to vote on important league and club decisions.

Soft Cap is set at US$4 million.
