Tihar Festival is celebrated In Nepal also known as Deepavali which is celebrated very grandly in Indian states.Generally, The festival is observed by Hindus.Deepavali or Diwali means " festival of lights" people burn crackers and lighten up the house and share sweets with friends , relatives and family.The above pic signifies the same.

I dont celebrate this festival because Iam Christian since, I am from India and my friends celebrate.
So, I know about it.
