"Asam sunti"
Asam sunti is a kitchen spice from aceh made from starfruit wich is dried and salted, then dried in the sun many times so that it is dry and can be stored for a long time.
Among the people of aceh, asam sunti is very familiar almost every cuisine uses kitchen ingredients wich are called asam sunti. Such as Asam Keu'eng, Kari, chili sauce, etc.
