The Curation and Engagement Leagues (Bounty Available!) - Sponsored by @carlgnash and @paulag!

I'd say it takes time to be in the Top 10, unless you're @lynncoyle1, then it only takes 'part-time.' :)

It does take effort, but consistently doing something each day is helpful. I know I couldn't do much here if there wasn't some pacing going on. I've yet to eclipse 100 comments in a day (or even come close for that matter). I think 75 was the closest I've been to that (managed that on Saturday).

It's a little easier when the comments line up like they do on Asher's post, so you can reply and such, but that's not really the point, is it? The party's great here, and then you have to get out and look for other posts or comments to comment on. I'm hoping that in so doing, not only does the league grow, but so does the real work of Steemit. I'm hoping the more people interact with others, the more the others will see the importance and the benefits.

I do need to do something about the lousy ergonomics of desk and chair. Don't need to get carpal tunnel in the process. :)

Yeah, definitely takes time to be in top 10 as I am not @lynncoyle1 ;).

Well @lynncoyle1 just like you and @davemccoy, is one of the prolific writers and I think her background as a teacher helps her to write freely on topic and unless you enjoy something you don't feel like writing on that, so I am sure she enjoys writing on Steemians comments.

I've yet to eclipse 100 comments in a day

That will surely time consuming activity especially when each of your comments contains 100's of words.

Asher's posts definitely gives us more opportunities to write more comments as most of the people participating are our Steemit friends and there will be enough room for writing more.

I read somewhere you are planning to quit that job of desk and chair to be a full time Steemian, do you? Or may be someone else?

Anyways, nice to know more about you, your interests :)

Don't have any other employment at the moment, so I've been treating Steemit as I've treated other business ventures I've had—putting in as much time as I possibly can into it and see what happens. So far, I don't have a lot to show for it, but I'm hoping to get a few more months crack at it at least.

However, as I said above, I need to do something about the ergonomics of my desk and my chair because I'm not always sitting right and it's not helping my arms and wrists any.

Ah, I thought you were into some 9 to 5 kind of job, good to know you were into business ventures and Steemit should provide some relaxing moments to you, isn't it?

I work as a freelancer and when I have time, I am definitely on Steemit and off late even I am feeling back pains as I too continuously sit in one place and keep typing something. May be a little exercise and some short breaks will help.

Let's keep writing and keep responding as long as we enjoy these conversations. Good day :)

Thank you @coolguys123 :) I do enjoy writing, so that makes it "easier", but I'm sure not aiming for 100 comments in a day haha

I know @lynncoyle1 it's difficult to write 100 comments, but I feel that it's not impossible for you :).

I am seeing you everywhere whether it's @qurator's posts, Asher's posts or any @newbieresteemday posts. So, I know you enjoy writing and I want to be like you :)

This week has been good for me as for as commenting is concerned, I am in touch with @davemccoy and @glenalbrethsen and having some nice comments with both of them.

Keep writing and have a good day :)

Awww that is so nice of you to say! Thank you for putting a smile on my face this evening! I think you are pretty awesome just the way you are ;)

Hope you have a good day as well!

Thank you, you are awesome with your comments @lynncoyle1 and I should thank you for making me to write more comments :)

I hope you are having a good day too :)

It may be part time Glen, but it feels more like 12 hour shifts; 4 days on, 4 days off :)

Funny enough by the third week of first place, my wrists were aching! Not funny at all actually.

Now please, for the love of all things holy, slow down the novel writing!! Help me out here @maverickinvictus! :) It appears that @coolguy123 has taken on the motto: "can't beat 'em, join 'em"! :)

I don't think I've been writing novels at all. Not today so far, anyway. I think it must be Steemit's formatting. It makes it look like I've been writing more than I have. :)

Well, I guess part-time is how you define it. And I was trying to compliment you if you'd let me. :)

Regardles, 48 hours is less than what I'm doing to try to stay ahead of you, so as I said, you do more with the time you have with your 120wpm than the rest of us can do.

Ok, I will accept your compliment, thank you for that!
