-In my experience, these are the five success steps for collection management:

Step 1: It is important that the collection manager addresses the management of collections with a positive attitude not only to work but also to the organization and / or activity that represents.

Step 2: It is also very important to prepare for a management, such as knowledge of your company, the industry in which it is developed. This is in conjunction with the development of the ability to work in an organized manner, which enhances the possibility of making an account in arrears effective.

I mean that perception is an issue that influences the delinquency of an account and that this tool can not only be used to improve collection management, but the client has already used it with the organization before deciding to default. .
