Good evening, dear community. Here I publish other of my favorite foods and I share with you to do them if you have the opportunity and you will see that you will not regret it. Definitely the Venezuelan gastronomy is of another level.

In this post, I talk about the cachapa, which is prepared with tender corn for those who do not know what is corn they also say choclos or elotes, they take it leaving only the grains, then grind some mix with pasteurized milk and sugar, this is optional. Once they have the mixture in a kitchen plate, pour a portion of the mixture and leave it in a circular shape, let it cook on both sides and when it is ready, take it out of the plate and combine it with different fillings. The truth of this is that we all know it in Venezuela, but only those of us from Cojedes or have come to Cojedes and have eaten at the Paradero de Taguanes know what the cachapa lined, this will not write the preparation but I will leave a video ** (It is not recorded by me) ** to watch the preparation.
