Last year, September 2017, for no reason, I made the decision to stop drinking any form of alcohol, forever. It sounds like a joke, right?
However, 6 months passed, from the day I made that decision.
Not that I suffer from alcoholism at all, I just enjoyed a few beers and a little wine from time to time, but I was a little annoyed that I went out to drink or that everyone was drinking around me.
If you look with new eyes, in fact there is a kind of alcohol epidemic, so I just wanted to show you that you can live without drinking.
This brought me a huge peace, good sleep and health too.
I thought I would lose some extra Kgs, those that are hard to lose even in the gym but that has already happened.
I enjoy the clarity in my mind and I found (not so surprisingly) that you can do many things without drinking.
I think this option was supported by yoga and meditation, which focus on both mental clarity and consciousness.
