Cauliflower Souffle

Ingredients: 

1 medium cauliflower         1 tablespoon chopped oregano 

1 cup white sauce              2 tablespoon oil 

2 cloves garlic                    salt to your liking 

3 eggs

Preparation: 

The cauliflower is boiled and drained, then melted well and mixed with white sauce, well-crushed garlic, oregano, salt, oil and egg yolks. The clears are batted to the point of snow and are gently added to the mixture. It is poured into a mold and baked for about 20 minutes. It's served hot.
