Ingredients:
500 g of tapioca
100 g grated coconut
1 pinch of salt
1 ½ cans of condensed milk
1½ liters of milk
200 ml of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups sugar (tea)
Method of preparation:
Grease a large mold with butter. Arrange on the board, tapioca, shredded coconut and a pinch of salt. Mix well. In a saucepan, combine milk, condensed milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Add the coconut milk. Stir. The liquid mixture is poured gradually along the tapioca. Go stirring with a fork so that the tapioca incorporates all the liquid.
Cover with a cloth or foil. Leave to stand for 12 hours. After this time, remove the paper.
