Today I will share a salad that I find very nutritious and with a great flavor, which serves to accompany any type of meat. And as a contour in any dish as it is a very versatile salad.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Avocados
- 2 Tablespoons of ketchup
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- A pinch of English sauce
- 1 red paprika
- 1 teaspoon of parsley
Preparation:
Peel the avocados, cut them into cubes and place them in a deep salad bowl.
Apart prepare the dressing by mixing the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and a pinch of English sauce (try the seasoning and incorporate salt and pepper according to your taste). Add the avocados to the dressing, stirring with care not to disrupt the pieces.
Wash, clean and chop the paprika and parsley.
Place in the salad bowl where we have the avocado and cover with paprika.
Refrigerate for a few moments before serving.
