ARA BURGER A COMENAL FOR TWO PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
2 Hamburger buns
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter
120 grams of Emmental cheese
Rúgula
Mayonnaise
Wasabi
Ketchup
For meat
500 grams of ground loin
1 egg yolk
40 gr of roasted and crushed almonds
40 gr of bread crumbs
20 gr of parsley
1 clove garlic
To accompany:
120 grams of yucca
PREPARATION:
Mix the crushed toasted almonds together with the bread crumbs and the parsley.
The meat is prepared by mixing all the ingredients until a compact mass is obtained.
The meat is shaped, first as small meatballs that are then flattened. They are cooked on a grill at high temperature on both sides. To avoid drying too much you can finish cooking in the oven.
The hamburger bread is toasted and the emmental cheese is cut into slabs. Some fresh arugula leaves are chosen.
Besides, the onion is caramelized. To do this, cut into wheels, separate their rings and fry in butter until golden brown.
Mayonnaise is mixed with a little wasabi.
Cut the cassava into small pieces and fry them.
