Three kinds of people are never suitable to be bosses!

It is not surprising that the poor have poor thinking, but I have seen many bosses also have poor thinking. What problem does this thinking show? Explain that it is not because you are rich, your thinking is the thinking of the rich; nor is it because you are poor now, your thinking is the thinking of the poor. So, which thinking is the poor thinking of the boss?

▌One of the boss’s poor thinking: how much do you do for me, how much will I give you
I will give you as much money as you do for me. This is the most common thinking of the poor. Why are rich people rich? It is nothing more than investment thinking, investment vision, seizing opportunities, and daring to invest. This is a logical thinking problem of giving up first or giving up first; investment logic of investing first and then obtaining or first obtaining and then investing.

But most bosses have such a logical thinking that employees have to work hard before they can pay you, but they definitely don't have the investment logic of investing in employees first and then getting me. Unless it is a large enterprise, it is necessary to train employees first, and then hope that employees are proficient in technology or skills. Only after employees are proficient in skills and technology can they work for the company without making mistakes. This is the investment logic.
In the process of China's urbanization, if a person dares to invest in real estate, even with the borrowed money, he will also fight on the real estate, I believe these people will become rich. The key point is whether you have such vision, such thinking and such courage.

Like many companies now, the boss always wants to use the low price to hire a few more cheap people, but he will not be willing and dare to pay double the price to hire a talented person with strong ability and high loyalty. This is the poor thinking of the boss.

▌Boss’ poor thinking second: care how much subordinates get
Regarding how much subordinates get, this is the second kind of poor thinking that bosses have.
A boss set a task for the sales department at the beginning of the year. If it can exceed the industry's growth by more than 10% at the end of the year, the company will reward each salesperson with 50,000 yuan, the sales manager 100,000 yuan, and the marketing vice president 300,000 yuan. Under the incentive of this kind of bonus, the entire sales department went crazy and moved forward courageously. By the middle of the year, the sales performance had completed 70% of the annual tasks.

So I got the manager of the human resources department to discuss it, and thought that the assessment plan should be re-determined, so the company issued a new assessment plan, changing the assessment of sales to assessment profit. Of course, the revised assessment plan is of course only beneficial to the boss. After reading the boss's plan, the entire sales team looks like a frustrated ball and wilted! Where is the problem with such an unbelieving boss? It is also because of the poor thinking of calculating how much the subordinate benefits. A successful boss told me a word. He said that his secret to success is to never be jealous of how much others get, as long as he makes money. In a word!

A smart boss usually cares about how much he gets, and how much others get. This is other people's business. If you care about how much others get all day long, then you definitely have no cooperative thinking. Cooperative thinking is a necessary feature of modern people, especially modern bosses; without cooperation, there will be no talents, no capital, no resources, and no career can be completed.

▌Boss’s Poor Man’s Thinking 3: Compete with Subordinates

Many bosses ask me: Why can’t find talent? I asked: Boss, if there are talents for you, can you keep them? Why can't you retain talent? There are of course many reasons, but there is one thing that bosses rarely consider, that is, bosses like to compete with subordinates.

The common feature of bosses who grab merit from their subordinates is that they are all self-employed bosses who have to deal with everything by themselves, and are unwilling to delegate any power, as if they are afraid of others eating his company. Of course, their dedication to work is very commendable, and their focus on things is also worth learning. But one downside is that if you continue to do so, the boss is very tired, it is difficult for the company to retain talents, and the development of the company is worrying!
