"Sanju" based on Sanju Dutt's life, has destroyed many records on the first day of its release at the box office.
"Sanju", directed by Rajkumar Hirani, has made a bumper collection of 34 crore 75 lakh rupees on its first day at the domestic box office. The film is the biggest opener of this year. The film, which was released on June 29, has shown every good and bad phase of Sanjay Dutt's life. It is about 2 hours and 40 minutes long. Generally, big films are released on the occasion of a festival so that people do not have trouble coming to the cinemas during a holiday and earn much more as compared to the regular days. But "Sanju" did not release on a holiday. It was the biggest release of Ranbir Kapoor and Rajkumar Hirani, so far. It was released on 5300 screens in more than 65 countries.
With the first day collections of "Sanju", it becomes clear that the film will reach to the mark of 100 crore rupees within the first three days. Ranbir Kapoor's film has made several records after its bumper opening. It has become the biggest opener of the year 2018.
