It is rare to see a diamond ring in a sewer pipe but every now and then precious gems do turn up among the turds and detritus of modern life. Just such a gem is the film Christopher Robin. Could this be the wholesome story we have been hungry for? A story that fills us with hope instead of dark despair for our future? Politics is downstream of culture and if this cultural film inspires greatness then greatness will come to those it inspires.
