Their crooked corporate minds will find a more subtle way to con the customers. They always do. But after the unprecedented backlash i am looking forward to the launch of anthem and their innovative fraud schemes.

I 100% agree. The reality is you wouldn't have to con your customers if you simply stood by your work and gave a great experience the first time around. I would gladly continue to purchase from them - however, after seeing their true colors, I am very reserved from engaging in further business with them.
