AFF is undoubtedly the best and at the same time the fastest way to independently perform parachuting. Find out how AFF course looks and who can take part of this kind of training!
How does AFF training look like?
AFF (accelerated freefall) is a modern parachute training that gives you the opportunity to acquire basic knowledge and skills that are needed for independent and safe parachuting from a height of 4,000 meters. AFF course is a very effective method that will effectively teach you how to master the art of parachuting. The training is divided into a theoretical part, which includes all the most important information about the construction and operation of the parachute, jump technique, as well as dealing with emergency situations. The second - practical part includes ground and air exercises. During the second part, the student at the beginning learns how to maintain the correct silhouette during the flight and what is the correct way to open the parachute. After mastering these skills, the first jump occurs, which usually takes place in the presence of two instructors. During the training, the student learns new, more and more advanced skills. The degree of their mastery is checked on the final exam.
Who are AFF training addressed to?
AFF is addressed both to people who already have experience in parachuting, as well as to those who are just planning to start their adventure with parachuting. Despite the fact that skydiving seems to be scary AFF training is relatively easy and anyone can complete it regardless of their skills. First of all, good intentions and consistency in terrestrial trainings are enough.
I think that mastering such skills would be a great escape from everyday life. Will you dare? :)
