SO FAR THIS WEEK.....
I’ve been to the gym five times and it’s the fifth day of the week! Obsessed much, ha ha?
In all the major things that you do in your life, I want you to ask yourself these three questions.
Is this improving my health?
Is this making me a stronger and more resilient person?
Is this helping me to excel in other areas of my life?
If the answer to any of these questions is no, then why the fuck you doing them? Seriously!
Life is not a dress rehearsal and it’s too short to waste time doing things that don’t help you be a better person. A more joyful person, a more able person, a more productive person!
People talk about new years resolutions but a far better method is to regularly assess how well you’re living your life.
