How did I start a technology company being a single lady (Still the only founder of my company)...

Hello All, now I shall you know how I started a technological company being a single women entrepreneur and have also successfully developed many internal tools for website creation and web application development which helps the Small and Medium Enterprise companies and Startup Companies in India and Outside India as well.

I had a big dream of becoming an Entrepreneur, after my graduation I had worked in many corporate companies as a software architect, during my work days I always thought of achieving big in the technological entrepreneurship. After 8 years of work, I had met one of a company which was struggling to get projects. I had experience both in software application development and also in to sales & business development field. I had a conversation with the founder of the company, I had asked the founder of the company, If I can be your partner, To be truthful I did not have a single rupee to invest.. Only thing I had was my skill on application development and grab the sales market. The Founder of the company said, you bring us projects you can take 49% share in the company. I became very happy that I have become a founder of the company (Entrepreneur), I thought that I have achieved my dreams. I had started to bring those projects day by day and the days moved on. I was actually not happy with the way the company was delivering the projects I bring. It had put me into a major worries, Then I realized that I will do things on my own, but I did not have enough money to start a company, Even I had to ask loans to others to do a registration of my company. The Money which I had earned when I was working was completely spent for my family as I loved my family a lot. Finally I had registered my own company called VM AFFLUENCE ( www.vmaffluence.com) (www.vmaffluence-shoptechnology.biz) . I started to hire people who can deliver the websites, mobile application, E-Commerce website and 2d & 3d Animation. The company was really doing good I was able to run the company and pay my employees with the revenue generated in the company. Now came a very challenging Phase when I tried to expand my team strength. Many issues, Many complaints but my team was not able to deliver my requirement. I was faced with hectic challenges from my own team. I had to revamp from complete team. The people whom I believed had completely put me into great troubles. I had to face all challenges and I had myself started working on the project executions as I was also a software application developer. I had developed many internal tools in my organization were I was able to provide the websites at a very cheaper cost 80% lesser than the market price.
This had been a great offer for many of the startup companies, I had received many projects, though here came another hard path, where I need to deliver 400%more than the price. Being a Self-Funded company was even far challenging in terms of growth and expansion.
I had also started another company completely concentrating in the digital marketing of the service and products. I had to now take care of the Marketing as well to bring out the revenue so that I can make up with the execution and smooth running of both companies.
