Plastic!!!!! deadliest for mankind!!!!

Opening:The world is facing crucial challenges in terms of its waste generation. Every year we dump a massive 2.12 billion tons of waste. If all this waste was put on trucks they would go around the world 24 times. [The world counts, 2017] The developed countries are producing more trash than the least developed countries for instance USA, they are generating a quarter of world’s total waste despite the fact that they have got less than 5% of total population of the world. [Forbes, 2006] Cities are the core place for producing garbage which creating trash even faster than their population growth. Though some of the waste recycled but most of them are simply dumped harming the environment and threatening the human health even their existence. One persistent and very challenging aspect of waste concerns the use and disposal of plastics. Our planet earth is becoming “Planet plastic”. Within just 65 years or so, world has created 8.3 billion tonnes of plastics and more than 70% of generated plastics is now in our wider environment including oceans which pushing the earth towards the unlivable. [Earth becoming planet plastic, ( Amos, 2017)] Infact, plastic is going to exceed all fish in the oceans by 2050. It is found that more than 200 species and 55% of total sea birds are at risk from eating plastics. How atrociously plastic debris can affect our environment can be easily found by looking at the Henderson Island which is 5000 km away from the nearest population place also couldn’t escape from the plastic pollution even by lying on most distant part of our ocean.
