I hope this is a warning for any other BP.

Using funds you receive from Stakeholders to fund a 3rd party that rules over you is a conflict of interest.

Why don't we design a system like jury duty. Choose a number of members at random, or in a shuffled random to not repeat and then out of that number, the first 8 or 10 members to accept the duty (voluntarily) can become the arbitration team fvor whatever dispute is in question. This puts the power directly into the peoples hands.
