Can someone explain why i am missing ether and why this ether went on fee when transferring tokens ??? :( :(

Hi Fuzzy.
As you can see i claimed the 13, that is okay, but then the other tansaction, they just removed Ether for a "Fee" and i got nothing :).
That was the transaction that i am curious.
