You have to be logged into Scatter and actively click on an account. I got that message the first few times then I tried the "randomly hit things until it works" method. If it can work for me it can work for anyone. ;D

Yes it is rather but then until user friendliness becomes the norm it is the only option available. I notice that you haven't helped with a solution for the original poster, neither has the owner for the site nor the owner of the app. Snide does not help a community grow but diminishes it by putting potential users off.
