Why do you think they don't allow Americans buy EOS? How can they make sure Americans don't buy it though?

    They're less concerned with blocking americans buying EOS - The user agreement explicitly states that the token sale is NOT for Americans. Then the website is setup to detect and block American IPs from participation. This is the absolute minimum EOS must do to "cover their ass" with the US Security and Exchange Commission (SEC)
