Error? Help please? Deleting cookies doesn't help

Once I try to submit a story with an image, I got an error:

permlink.size() > STEEMIT_MIN_PERMLINK_LENGTH && permlink.size() < STEEMIT_MAX_PERMLINK_LENGTH:

Problems are TAGS or IMAGES??
