So, a dude from Chicago walked into a convenience store in Florida with a shotgun trying to rob the place. The clerk at the store pulled his own gun. The dude from Chicago apologized, said he meant no harm, and left. Dude from Chicago was eventually arrested for the attempted robbery.
True story. That really did happen last week. It didn't make national news because nobody ended up bleeding. It didn't make national news because it's not a man bites dog story -- actually, incidents involving guns like this are at least five hundred times more common than mass shootings.
I'm sure the gun grabbers will sweep this under the rug. For them, the truth isn't worth a damn.
