Answering the question of if an investment in an ico is really good or not so good is a tough one. and it's definitely something that you just don't answer for anyone.

Because of the fact that I invested in an ico doesn't mean you should. but having been reviewing ICOs for a pretty long while now I think I have bagged at least some experience to guide or maybe just give my personal take on an ico, and that's what I'll be doing for global REIT the first ever Blockchain based based REIT. in a little something I'll be calling down sides and upsides.

the upsides for global reits are as follows.

1, unlike the usual ICO we see daily, it's actually backed by real life assets and as such its token value stability is at least secured from huge dents.

  1. Global REIT is competition free for now. because it's the first blockchain based REIT and as such it's really alone in its sphere and this will serve to attract much more investors to it, being a pioneer that it is. which will mean more funds raised and as a result more returns on investment.

3, it offers dividend, but even more impressively it offers it monthly this is as reassuring as it is necessary and also unique. it really does what REITS are known for. and that's return on investment. and unlike other dividend sharing ICOs it actually does it monthly and with a much higher percentage, and its plans to start giving them out next month so I will wait and see.

4, it has tapped into a wildly underutilized industry and has a great team. this will go hand in hand because without a great team you will just end up squandering this great opportunity.

  1. great partnerships; global REIT has managed to lock in great partnerships with investment firms inform of deloitte and legal in form of MME and a pretty good ico management team.

lets see the downsides,

1, there's a chance that complacency will grow in because it's the only one in it's sector, a pioneer. I'm raising an early alarm about this because I've seen it happened in the past before and I hope it doesn't occur here.

2, due to regulations by other jurisdictions, global REIT may be limited to the properties it can acquire for example. in the US. however, this may not be so true and besides there are much better available destinations.

3, Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies still need to be mass adopted before global REITS aim will be fully achieved.
