this is salted fish, salted fish of origin. from wet fish from the sea which is processed by the fishermen halved put salt and then dried for several days until it dries so it changes its name to salted fish. Salted fish is very popular with the community, both local people want to be outside the area because the fish is tasty and black with rice.
