"QUAH PLIEK U FISH MUJAIR"

Material :
- fish mujair 1 kg (klo medium size kira2 there are 5-6 tail)
- 6 orange leaves
- 10 sheets of temurui leaves
- 3 stems of sere, digeprek
- 3 cloves of shallots finely sliced
- 6 pieces of chili ijo halved

Ground spices : - 5 onion cloves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 pieces of red pepper
- 30 pieces of chili pepper (if you want to pedes again just add, klo not want to pedes stay dikurangin yaa😊)
- 6 pieces of sunti acid
- 2 segment of turmeric finger
- 1 segment of ginger finger
- 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tablespoon grain pepper
- 1 tbsp thin coconut gonseng (may pake may not)

How to cook : - fish mujair cleaned trus in lumuri 1 fruit lime and salt, set aside
- blend all spices smooth, set aside
- heat the water then put pliek u and boil kira2 5 minutes
- after boiling pliek u, then strain and take the rest of his pliek u
- then blender as well as coconut + the remaining pliek u, then strain so that the coconut milk that has been mixed with pliek u
- then put in a fish skillet, orange leaves, temurui leaves, sere, ijo chili, and onion slices
- then pour the coconut milk mixed with pliek u
- aduk2 slowly so that the fish is not broken, and stir trus so the coconut does not break

"KUAH PLIEK U IKAN MUJAIR"

Bahan :
- ikan mujair 1 kg (klo ukuran sedang kira2 ada 5-6 ekor)
- 6 lembar daun jeruk
- 10 lembar daun temurui
- 3 batang sere, digeprek
- 3 siung bawang merah diiris halus
- 6 buah cabe ijo dibelah dua
- 1 butir kelapa d parut
- 150gr pliek u
- 1 buah jeruk nipis
- garam

Bumbu halus : - 5 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 5 buah cabe merah
- 30 buah cabe rawit (kalo mau pedes lagi tinggal tambah, klo gak mau pedes tinggal dikurangin yaa😊)
- 6 buah asam sunti
- 2 ruas jari kunyit
- 1 ruas jari jahe
- 1/2 sdm ketumbar giling
- 1/4 sdm merica butir
- 1 sdm tipis kelapa gonseng (boleh pake boleh gak)

Cara memasak : - ikan mujair dibersihkan trus di lumuri 1 buah jeruk nipis dan garam, sisihkan
- blender semua bumbu halus, sisihkan
- panaskan air lalu masukkan pliek u dan rebus kira2 5 menit
- setelah rebus pliek u, lalu saring dan ambil sisa pliek u nya
- kemudian blender sekaligus kelapa + sisa pliek u, lalu saring sehingga jadi santan yg sudah tercampur dgn pliek u
- kemudian masukkan dalam wajan ikan, daun jeruk, daun temurui, sere, cabe ijo, dan irisan bawang merah
- kemudian tuang santan yg sudah tercampur dgn pliek u
- aduk2 pelan supaya ikannya tidak patah, dan aduk trus supaya santannya tidak pecah
- tambah garam, lalu koreksi rasa
- tunggu sampai santanmendidih sebentar, lalu matikan dan sajikan
