The Forbidden city (Beijing China)

Dear all steemians....
The Forbidden City is often referred to as the Forbidden Palace.
Located in the middle of the ancient city of Beijing,
was a royal palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
The location of this forbidden city has an area of ​​about 720,000 square meters, consists of 800 buildings and has a space of more than 8,000 rooms.
The forbidden city by UNESCO is called the largest collection of wooden structures in the world.

And listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in 1987 as the "Ming and Qing Dynasty Royal Palace"
Its location is north of the TIANANMEN field, and accessible from the field via TIANANMEN gate,
And surrounded by a large area called the Kingdom City.
And Though it is no longer occupied by the nobility, the Forbidden City remains the symbol of the Tiongkok Power.

The logo itself appears on the emblem of the People's Republic of China.
The palace museum is now one of the most attractive tourist locations in the world.
