Sugar - 200 grams
Hot water - 225 ml
Margarine, melt - 75 grams
Sweet white condensed milk - 100 ml
Flour - 90 grams
Maizena - 25 grams
Egg - 4 eggs
Cake Soda - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Step
Preheat the oven. Prepare a baking pan, top with margarine and sprinkle thinly with flour.
Cook sugar on a pan or pan until the sugar is dissolved and dark brown. Pour in hot water. Stir and cook until all the sugars dissolve and boil. Lift and chill.
Put margarine and condensed milk into caramel. Mix well. Set aside.
Beat eggs using a shaker (whisk) until blended. Include flour, corn, baking powder, and baking soda (sieved) alternately. Stir with whisk until completely uniform. Make sure there are no small dough that clumps or grinds.
Pour the caramel into the dough on top, bit by bit, while stirring until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the pan.
