Ingredients
Raw orange crackers, soak 15 minutes then drain - 100 grams
Chicken, boiled then suwir - 1 slice
Egg, shake off - 1 item
Meatballs, sliced - 5 eggs
Sausage, sliced - 1 slice
Leaves onion, sliced - 1 stalk
Cayenne pepper red, sliced - 2 pieces
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Broth powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 300 ml
Oil, for sauteing - to taste
Ground spices:
Garlic - 2 cloves
Kencur - 2 cm
Curly red pepper - 2 pieces
Step
In the frying pan, heat the oil and then insert the beaten eggs and let stand for a while until a little set / solid then stir (like making scrambled egg). Set aside on the edge of the frying pan.
Enter the spices smooth and saute until fragrant.
Add the scallions, cayenne pepper, chicken suwir, meatballs, and sausage. Stir until all mixed well.
Pour water. Stir well.
Enter the crackers. Mix well until the crackers are so tender. Lift.
Ready to be served.
