The marrow porridge is made from rice flour cooked with coconut milk and enjoyed with a brown sugar or jelly sauce. This food is called marrow porridge because of its shape and color that resembles bone marrow. Ingredients
Rice Flour - 100 grams
Santan, from 1/2 fresh coconut grains - 800 ml
Salt - 1 tsp

Water - 200 ml

Step
Dissolve the rice flour with some coconut milk, in the container.
Boil the remaining coconut milk. Enter the pandan leaves and salt, cook until boiling.
Pour the rice flour solution slowly while stirring evenly.
Cook until bursting out as the stirring continues.
Cook until cooked, remove. Do not forget to take and remove pandannya leaves.
Serve porridge with a splash of sugar sauce ...
