Martabak noodles are martabak dishes from noodles mixed with eggs and fried with cooking oil or butter. Martabak mi is a dish from Indonesia. Martabak noodles have a delicious and delicious taste to eat. Usually martabak mi eaten with rice or as a snack dicocol with sambal / mayonnaise. most Indonesians use instant noodles rather than raw noodles, and how to make them is

  • Prepare a pot of water then heat over a large fire. When the water has boiled, put the noodles in it until it is roughly a quarter cooked. Lift and drain.

  • Cut the drained noodles until they are short enough to be easy to put in the dough.

  • Make dough by whisking eggs with onion and spring onion. Enter the noodles in it then add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the dough until evenly distributed.

  • Heat cooking oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot enough then fry the dough martabak noodles should fry eggs as usual.

  • Fry adoann until it looks quite dry or until cooked according to your taste. Remove and drain.

  • Cut the noodle martabak with the shape according to taste. Serve by adding chili sauce or chili sauce to get the taste spicy. Enjoy with warm rice.
