The way healthy food is necessary for healthy body, the body also needs fresh fruit for nutrients like vitamin protein and so on. These fresh fruits help us to keep our body healthy. Today, I want to share some of these fresh fruits with you.
The first image is of pomegranate, which increases the amount of blood in our body. In the morning a pomegranate meal is very beneficial for health.
The second photo is of orange, in which the amount of vitamin C is found more and it strengthens our bones.
The third photo is of cooked papaya, in which all types of nutrients are found. Raw papaya is also used for marmalade.
The fourth photograph is of pineapple, in which the amount of Vitamin C is also found which is very beneficial for our teeth and bones.
Apart from this, there are pictures of watermelon and some such fruits and perhaps those whose name I do not know.
