One of the French origin cheeses is brie cheese, the appearance and the taste are one of the world famous cheeses. It is served next to the fruit plates and has a tada that is compatible with champagne. At the same time, the cheese that is added into the sweet with its special consistency; blueberries, blackberries and pineapple marmalade.
How do you make Brie cheese?
Brie cheese, prepared with very sensitive methods, is made from whole or partially taken milk. Milk added with cheese yeast is boiled at a certain temperature and the mixture is molded with the help of a special scoop to the brie cheese. The brie cheese, which is filtered for at least 18 hours in the mold, is salted and inoculated with various bacteria. It is then allowed to mature for 4-5 weeks. The longer the cheese ripens, the tastier and the tougher it becomes.
