Horseshoe is known to bring luck, at least that what I know but looks like there are different stories and superstitions around these little accessories.
Someone once told me that it brings luck only if it's placed like this. If it's upside down, it means bad luck. To tell you the truth, I don't believe in these things but it would be interesting to know what people think about this :)
