My answer is always the same, which is "please wait for SBD from LKPP"
However, it must be admitted that the auction can not wait, especially with the increasingly tight schedule of procurement implementation this year.

One of the suggestions that I often convey is "please use SBD which has been prepared based on Perpres 54/2010 but its clauses to be adjusted with Perpres 70/2012 and Perka LKPP Number 6 Year 2012 about Juknis Perpres 70/2012.
