Kolak Biji Salak (Candil)
Ingredients
250 gr yam (I use cilembu yam)
75 gr tapioca flour (aci)
80 gr brown sugar kawung
2 lbr leaves pandanus
A little salt
300 ml of water
For coconut milk:
1 glass of coconut milk (from 250 grams of grated coconut)
1 pandan leaves
1 tsp cornstarch
A little salt
Step
Steam yam until tender, and puree. Add tapioca flour, knead until well blended. Then the round shape of the seeds of bark.
Boil water, brown sugar, salt and pandan leaves. After boiling input yam that has been in the form of a round. Cook until floating and boiling.
Mix coconut milk, salt, cornmeal, and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly until boiling.
