Kindess is a cure, cure for well-being

When I watch people today, I think people are less and less friendly today. Somewhere all kind of courtesy was lost, we can not even say thank you.
But it seems to me that being kind, or that we are ready to help others, has a positive impact on our health and our well-being. As the old people say, if someone is kind, the good returns.

Good, kind words, positive acts, kindness to other people, are food for our soul and have great power.

Every day we should do our best and do at least one positive act, that is, to help someone, give someone a gift...any kind of little action is showing kidness.

We should understand that we are created for positive actions.
The more friendly we are, the more we will be confident and much more focused on achieving our goals. As soon as we look at a person, we can immediately feel that it is a good person.
Harmony causes the release of endorphins, for our good mood. If we are happy, we are focused only on the positive side of life,
kidness reduce anxiety, we become better people. All positive actions have a positive impact on our well-being, we get a sense of power, positive and friendly acts bring a lot of goodness.

So focus on the positive, so you will take care of your mind and your body.
