Malam menjelang pagi,kali ini saya mau menampakkan postingan saya adalah kue apem(apam) 
Apem, atau dikenal juga dengan nama Appam di negeri asalanya India, adalah penganan tradisional yang dibuat dari tepung beras yang didiamkan semalam dengan mencampurkan telur, santan, gula dan tape serta sedikit garam kemudian dibakar atau dikukus
