The depth of some Muslims from their religious teachings resulted in them unable to distinguish between religious teachings or not. Something that is a religious teaching is sometimes seen as not a religious teaching. Conversely, something that is not religious teachings is seen as religious teachings.
This is where the role of science syar'i very important and decisive, so that someone is not wrong in classifying a problem, ushuliyah kah (principal) or classified furu'iyah (branch) in which open the door of ijtihad and dissent.

First, they may do the deed because they do not know that there is no example and guidance from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so as to regard it as a religious teaching.
