Pesta Demokrasi Rakyat Pante Lhong part 2

Jam 08.40 pagi melalui pengeras suara terdengar pengumuman kepada masyarakat desa Pante Lhong untuk datang ke halaman "meunasah" yaitu suatu balai besar tempat penyiaran berita dan kegiatan masyarakat kampung yang khusus hanya terdapat di Aceh.

Pengumuman tersebut diumumkan oleh Panitia Pemilihan Kepala Dusun Agustiar, yang menandakan kegiatan pemilihan kepala dusun akan dimulai. Pemilih adalah warga desa Pante Lhong yang sudah memiliki hak pilih yaitu mereka yang sudah berumur 17 tahun keatas atau sudah menikah baik laki-laki maupun perempuan.

Di bawah tenda tempat pemilihan terlihat beberapa orang hilir mudik merapikan meja dan kursi sebagai tempat kerja mereka dan tempat duduk para calon-calon kepala dusun yang akan di pilih oleh masyarakat.

Jumlah dusun desa Pante Lhong ada 4 dan setiap dusun akan menentukan satu orang untuk kepala dusun depenitif. Dusun Irigasi memiliki kandidat sebanyak 2 orang, dusun Tengku Dipulo 3 orang kandidat, dusun Tengku Direhat 4 orang kandidat dan dusun Teupin Seulanga kandidatnya berjumlah 5 orang.

Hari ini Minggu tanggal 15 April 2018 merupakan sejarah untuk pertama kalinya masyarakat desa Pante Lhong memilih kepala dusun yang melibatkan kaum perempuan dan pemilihan dilakukan sama seperti memilih kepala desa sebagai mana pesta demokrasi pada akhir november 2017 lalu.

Pada pemilihan kepala desa lalu, pemilih adalah seluruh masyarakat desa yang berada didusun-dusun, dan pemilihan kepala dusun ini oleh masyarakat yang hanya didusun tersebut karena dusun merupakan wilayah administratif terkecil dari desa.

Dengan tertib masyarakat memasuki bilik suara berdasarkan dusun untuk memberikan pilihannya kepada para kandidat yang sudah disiapkan oleh panitia berupa kotak dengan gambar kandidat. Antusiasme masyarakat terlihat hingga menjelang siang masih terus berdatangan serta ada yang menunggu hingga rangkaian acara selesai.

Atas kesepakatan bersama dengan kandidat kepala dusun, perangkat desa dan panitia pelaksana diputuskan untuk menutup pemilihan pada jam 11.30 siang lalu dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan suara.

Suasana terasa hening ketika panitia mulai mengeluarkan kotak suara dari bilik suara dan dihadapan kandidat kotak suara di buka untuk di hitung jumlah kertas suara yang diperoleh masing-masing kandidat.

Hasil perhitungan perolehan suara untuk dusun Tengku direhat dimenangkan oleh saudara Sanusi, dusun Tengku Dipulo saudara Zulkarnaini, lalu untuk 2 dusun lainnya masing-masing dusun Irigasi saudara Zulfikar dan dusun Teupin Seulanga saudara Safrizal.

Ketika seluruh susunan acara telah usai, saya selaku kepala desa mengucapkan banyak terima kasih kepada masyarakat dan panitia pelaksana yang telah berperan aktif dalam menyukseskan kegiatan ini. Hak perogatif telah saya berikan kepada masyarakat untuk bersama bertanggung jawab terhadap pembangunan desa dengan peran masing-masing.

Tentunya kepala dusun yang terpilih tersebut adalah perangkat kerja yang akan menyukseskan visi dan misi saya sebagai pimpinan eksekutif desa dalam pembangunan dan perberdayaan.

Pante Lhong People's Democratic Party Part 2

At 8:40 am through loudspeakers came an announcement to the village community of Pante Lhong to come to the "meunasah" yard which is a large hall of news broadcasting and special village activities only found in Aceh.

The announcement was announced by the Agustiar Hamlet Head Election Committee, which marked the head of hamlet head elections to begin. Voters are Pante Lhong villagers who already have the right to vote ie those who are aged 17 years and above or already married both men and women.

Under the tents where the election was seen several people were tidying up tables and chairs as their place of work and seat candidates for hamlet head that will be chosen by the community.

The number of Pante Lhong village hamlets is 4 and each hamlet will determine one person for the depenitive village head. Dusun Irigasi has 2 candidates, Tengku Dipulo 3 candidates, Tengku Direhat 4 candidates and Teupin Seulanga candidate are 5 candidates.

Today Sunday April 15, 2018 is history for the first time the village community Pante Lhong chose the head of the village that involves the women and the election is done the same as choosing the village head as a democracy party at the end of november 2017 ago.

In the last village head election, the voters were all villagers located in the hamlets, and the head of this hamlet by the people who were only organized because the hamlet was the smallest administrative area of the village.

With the orderly people enter the voting booths based on the hamlet to give their choice to the candidates who have been prepared by the committee in the form of a box with a picture of the candidate. The enthusiasm of the public is seen until the afternoon is still coming and there is a wait until the royal event is over.

On a joint agreement with the head of the hamlet, the village apparatus and the organizing committee decided to close the election at 11.30 pm and then continue with the vote count.

The atmosphere was quiet when the committee began issuing the ballot box from the voting booth and in front of the ballot box candidate to open to count the number of ballots obtained by each candidate.

The result of the vote count for Tengku Direuhat was won by Sanusi, Tengku Dipulo sub-village Zulkarnaini, then for 2 other sub-villages, each of Zulfikar Irigasi sub-village and Teupin Seulanga sub-village of Safrizal.

When the whole arrangement of events is over, I as the village head who is the chief executive expressed gratitude to the community and the organizing committee that has been instrumental in the success of this activity. I have given perogative rights to the community to be jointly responsible for village development with their respective roles.

certainly the head of the selected hamlet is a tool of work that will succeed my vision and mission as the chief executive of the village.
